Thanks for coming to MAR’S.

MAR are my initials and MAR’S is the website where I showcase the things I do. I am an organic vegetable expert, graphic designer, and self taught luthier. I guess you could call me a maker.

I hold a BFA in Graphic Design from Northeastern University. While I have never been employed as a designer, the skills I learned while at school have served me in every position I’ve ever had. Design is everywhere and good design can improve everything.

I am an expert organic vegetable gardener with seven years of professional growing experience maintaining all types of gardens, teaching lessons and managing projects related to land development. Permaculture and regenerative agriculture are my main focus and I am working towards starting an organic no-till market farm & CSA.

I’ve always enjoyed tinkering and making things by hand. In 2018 I started building electric guitars from scratch and quickly became obsessed. In order to support my obsession I started selling my instruments and doing repairs out of my apartment. After realizing that a small apartment was no place for a wood shop I moved into an industrial space in Bridgeport, CT where I currently work and continue to make custom one of a kind instruments.
